While I cannot detail the mechanical features that enable the machine to reach its maximum speed, I can explain the basic principle: the main head shaft of the body rotates via a motor, which in turn rotates the drum of the feeder, activating its internal mechanical connections. The feeder operates actively, and with the involvement of a vacuum pump, the nozzle places the rhinestones at the locations specified by you at a high speed.
No need air compressor
Unlike competing products, our machine operates solely on the rotation of an internally installed vacuum pump and motor, without the need for a separate air compressor.
6 different colors and sizes design
By using the 'Hotfix Era' software provided with it, you can create your own design. Once saved to the main unit, the stone's color, size, and order are displayed on the touch panel. Then you mount up to Max. six feeders on the feeder carrier in the sequence shown and operate it. And you can get the rhinestone design you've created just 30 minutes ago.

You can produce a single sample in a short amount of time without the need to create a separate mold just for sample production. It's an economical and productive machine capable of producing small quantities of a variety of designs.

When selecting a different design to create a rhinestone design, there's no need for any tools, and without getting your hands oily, you can quickly change the order of the feeders to produce a different rhinestone design in a short amount of time.
User-friendly LCD graphic touch screen
You can store over 1,000,000 designs in the 13.3-inch touchscreen panel, easily selecting a design to produce your rhinestone design. Additionally, it's possible to clean the vacuum line.
